Rangers Pharmaceutical – the Danish subsidiary of Franchise Global Health – has become Denmark's first legal cannabis seed bank. The bank houses a collection of up to 286 strains, several of which are world-class and Cannabis Cup winners.
As reported by High Times, Franchise Global Health, a company originally from Vancouver, Canada, is present in several countries around the world, such as Germany, Colombia, Portugal and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (Caribbean).

But if legal cannabis seed banks already exist in Europe, what makes Rangers Pharmaceutical bank special in Europe? Which is licensed to store, sell and export cannabis seeds worldwide under legal international trade structures, with import and export licenses.
In conversation with High Times, Clifford Starke, President and CEO of Franchise Global Health, added: "In Europe, we comply with EU-GMP standards, which require a rigorous approach to the production of all medicines."
“Our aim is to become Europe's most trusted source for high quality EU-GMP cannabis. This will be achieved in part by establishing our seed bank as a source of high quality Cannabis-Cup winning genetics,” concluded Starke.
