Marijuana cookies are a great alternative means of administering THC (tetrahydrocannabinol, the main psychoactive of plants of the Cannabis genus) for those who do not want to smoke a marijuana cigarette, in addition to causing a more intense and lasting "high". For a batch of cookies, you will first need to prepare some marijuana butter. The sale and possession of marijuana is not legalized worldwide. Pay attention to your country's legislation and make informed choices.
WE WILL NEED
Kitchen Utensils
Pot and bowl for bain marie
calico
culinary string
metal spoon
two large bowls
Measuring cups and spoons
mixer
Spatula
Shaped biscuits
Baking paper or non-stick spray
Ingredients
115g of cannabis butter
170 grams of flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
115 grams of marijuana butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup of refined sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
1 egg
200 grams of chocolate chips
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Mix the dry mass:
You will need 170 g of flour, ¼ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of baking soda. Mix everything in a large bowl with a whisk. Reserve
2. Mix the liquid mass:
You will need 115 g of butter, 2/3 cup of brown sugar and 1/3 cup of granulated sugar. Use a mixer to beat the mixture until it is fluffy.
Make sure the weed butter is at room temperature before you start beating everything.
3. Add the vanilla and egg to the liquid mass
Then add two teaspoons of vanilla extract and the egg to the butter and sugar mixture. Use the mixer to beat the ingredients until the mixture is homogeneous.
4. Add the chocolates to the liquid mass
Add 200 g of chocolate chips to the liquid ingredient mixture. Stir well with a spoon or spatula to distribute the chocolates throughout the dough.
5. Mix the two doughs
To finish the process, it is necessary to mix the dry mass with the liquid. As you do this, use a spatula to mix the two doughs well until they are homogeneous.
6. Put the dough in the baking form
Line the pan with parchment paper or non-stick spray, then form balls of dough and distribute evenly on the pan.
For large cookies, make large balls, about 50 g.
For small cookies, make small balls, with the equivalent of a tablespoon of dough.
7. Bake the cookies
Turn the oven to 245°C and bake the cookies.
In the case of small soft cookies, bake for 10 minutes; if you want them to be crispier, bake them for 12 minutes.
For larger cookies, bake them at 160°C. To make them soft, bake for 18 minutes; so they are crispy, bake for 25 minutes.
Warning
Be careful when consuming marijuana crackers, as they can produce a more intense and lasting "high" than cigarettes. Start by eating half a cookie to see how it affects you.
